The lens adapter brings numerous AF benefits from Sony E-mount cameras to Nikon F-mount lenses. These include hundreds of AF points across the entire image field, focusing on human or animal eyes, AF tracking, and real-time AE in continuous shooting mode, among others.

The lens adapter brings many of the autofocus benefits of Sony E-mount cameras to Nikon F-mount lenses. These include hundreds of autofocus points across the entire frame, eye-detection autofocus for humans and animals, real-time autofocus tracking and exposure in continuous shooting mode, and more.

• Autofocus is supported with Nikkor AF-I, AF-S, and AF-P lenses. Lenses with "Screw Drive" autofocus can only be used in manual focus (MF) mode.
• Automatic detection and support for both electromagnetic and mechanically controlled dampers.
• MonsterAdapter G Driver, which enables fast and powerful autofocus.
• Supports autofocus tracking for human and animal eyes, provided the camera supports this feature.
• Supports high-speed continuous shooting at up to 10 frames per second, provided the camera supports this feature.

Built-in CPU contacts and shutter motor

The LA-FE1 lens adapter is equipped with CPU contacts and a high-speed aperture motor, and can automatically detect and support the electromagnetic and mechanical lever controls of Nikon F-mount lenses.
